Native Californian, Annette Sprague, owned & managed the high-end catering company, The Perfect Palate, based in Edinburgh for over five years.  After deciding to cease trading in April 2008, she finally found the perfect location to offer up on a nightly basis the cuisine that her clients have been enjoying for years.

Annette has over 13 years of culinary experience after leaving a career in financial software.  She earned her Diplome de Cuisine from the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu, graduating in 1999 with a Distinction for her cooking.  Studying French culinary techniques as well as living and studying abroad in Australia and Europe has only enhanced her ability to produce the style of food she loves.
